Ten might freely give his friends the code to get into his room, but that doesn’t mean he has the codes to get into their rooms.
The first page of the short story is available for your viewing pleasure, wherein the kilma in Ten’s family have wildly different ideas of what is an acceptable way to wake someone up.
If you’re interested in entering the art contest, there’s eleven days left to go before the cutoff (the 20th). I’m hoping I’m going to start seeing entries trickling into my inbox soon. :)
The end of my week got a little… preoccupied, so I might be slightly late with getting a new vote incentive up. I’ll get on that as soon as I can.

Where *IS* everybody? Honestly, you’d think they were trying to avoid him. Maybe they’re all asleep? or maybe in class. Does Ten even know how long SD kept him there?
I dunno… I’ve had days like that were everyone just poofed into an alternate dimension or something for a few hours. It’s weird and a little paranoia-inducing.
I’ve had some seriously weird days where I don’t see anyone for 6 or more hours. It really gets surreal and freaky.
I dunno, even if it is late thanks to SD, Jovi is always up until what, 3 or 4am?
I bet they’re planning something, just have no idea what it could be.
Dungeons and Dragons?
Hahaha I enjoy the alt text.
I was dismayed by it. But I’m a dog guy, at heart.
As a cat person you learn to take what you can get.
As a human who has been owned by two cats, I’m now a dog person. To the cats I was staff; yo the dog I’m a buddy, a friend, source of all good things, and pettings and it will comfort me, when I need it. So it’s kinda mutual. Less like being a servant and more like being a friend.
I went the opposite way… had dogs, now I have cats and I wonder why I ever wanted more dogs. Don’t get me wrong – I like dogs, but I like to visit them and then go home to my nice quiet, independent cats.
If you want a pet – get a cat. If you want a best buddy for life, to to han and pal with, get a dog.
I have always been a cat person, dogs love you because they have to out of necessity to form a pack. If you can be lucky enough to share affections with a cat it is because tehy actually want it
I think Ten runs better with other people than he does completely alone. But hey, space cat. That counts for something.
If your cat will treat you better than you get being alone, …”Hey, where are you going, … don’t — … leave?”
