Man, thank goodness for buffers… If I didn’t have this page done a few weeks in advance I don’t know if I would’ve had anything for you guys this week. This week has been awful. Or not awful… Just constant… everything going on. Busy. I was so wiped by Wednesday night I booted up Photoshop, took one look at the half-inked WBW page for the week, said “Nope” and proceeded to go into Minecraft and dig a big hole. Just… a big hole in the ground because that’s all my brain felt up to.
The next WBW bonus page and the vote incentive are going to be a day or two late. Work things keep unexpectedly eating my time.
EDIT: The new vote incentive is up! I thought since the art contest is wrapping up soon I’d show you guys a bit of my drawing process. I wouldn’t call it a “how to draw” guide so much as a “how I happen to draw things” walk through in case anyone was interested in that sort of thing.
EDIT II: Alrighty… WBW page 2 is finally up! I wanted to take the time to make it look pretty (especially the last panel) and I think I succeeded with that, though it took me longer than I expected. Totally worth it, though.
I also want to put one last reminder out there that the art contest closes at the end of August 20th so there’s just under two days left to submit entries.

Wonder what… La or Li (someone remind me which is which, I know the eyes give it away… I just forget which eyes belong to whom) is up to… That… Just the coloring makes me think that can NOT be good.
It’s hard to tell on this page… It looks to me like Li’s by the door and La’s on the bed, but that’s going by posture and personality, not their eyes. Li’s eyes are usually curvy, but in this one, it looks like Li might’ve borrowed La’s more angular eyes. Unless I’m just dead wrong about who’s who, that is.
Oh Jovi is just the sweetest. And Ten. Both of them are pretty sweet, really.
Ten doesn’t seem particularly like he’s having a good time, I wonder if he’s getting his dreams eaten?
It looks sinister, must be La. What do they do with the dreams anyway, — or does that give too much away? Ten does Not look like he’s having a good time with his ears back like that? Jovi is such a good friend, Ten should do something nice for him. I’m sorr. that life is so much of a muchness ATM, hope things calm down for you before “Back To School” Rush.
I’m tempted to explain outright what’s going on here but you guys are doing a such good job of figuring it out on your own I don’t want to ruin any potential discussions. I’ll just hide a small hint to help you along.

If you loft enough lead into the air you’re BOUND to hit Something…. This is why shot guns work. Seems inefficient, though. If we knew what ideas we’re closer to the mark we could team work against you. And be right more often. Then you would have to work harder. Hhmmmmnn, seems like a lose-lose situation, dunnnit? Have to admit, ARE having fun, though.

It worries me, more, that it’s pulling the thoughts or dreams out SO Hard that it’s achieving a Laminar-Flow. …That’s REALLY disturbing. No wonder his grades are suffering. And it does look like it hurts. I hope it is the anger and stress caused by “A Visit To Uncle Don’s Office.” For like ten hours.
