Altair academies don’t do grades.  At the end of the year, each class gives out a pass/fail final exam to make sure that the material covered was properly understood and retained.  In order to give cadets one last chance to identify and rectify their problem areas, a practice exam is given a few weeks before the real one takes place.  Cadets unable to pass their exams are dropped from the program they’re in.

This is understandably a stressful time for those who consider themselves academically weak.

I’m running a bit behind (busy busy week!), so the Q&As and the vote incentive will show up sometime over the next day or so.  I’m thinking I’m going to do 6 responses to the Q&A instead of the usual 5, and post the extra one as the vote incentive.  Just for funsies.

Also, in completely un-comic-related news, I’m getting married in early June!  My fiance, Luke, and I are finally tying the knot after being together for 7 years (and engaged for half of that, haha!)  Right now we’re in the midst of discovering that even with super simple, super small weddings, things are never as easy or inexpensive as you think they’ll be.

With that in mind, if any of you lovely people are feeling super generous and/or desire some custom artwork, I’d like to throw it out there that I’m currently available for commissions.

Thanks for reading, everyone!  ♥

Okay, the Q&As are all up, a vote incentive peak at them is posted, and I even got stuck on a bit of a mental track about Ten’s mom for a while and ended up writing a thing on my Tumblr about her.  Today is officially Ten’s Mom Day.
